1. Definitions
   •    "Company" refers to JunkinTheTrunk Moving/Junk Removal.
   •    "Client" refers to the person or entity requesting services from the Company.
   •    "Services" refers to the moving and junk removal services provided by the Company.

2. Use of Services
   •    By booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
   •    All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

3. Estimates and Pricing
   •    Estimates provided by the Company are based on the information provided by the Client. Final costs may vary depending on the actual workload, size, and materials to be removed or moved.
   •    Additional charges may apply for specialty items, hazardous materials, or other unexpected circumstances.

4. Payment Terms
   •    Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
   •    We accept Debit/Credit card, Venmo,Zelle, Cash app, Cash. A deposit may be required for large jobs.
   •    Non-payment may result in additional collection costs and legal action.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   •    Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
   •    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
   •    The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies).

6. Liability
   •    Moving Services: The Company is not liable for damages to items not properly packed by the Client. We will handle your belongings with care but cannot guarantee damage-free handling in cases of pre-existing conditions or improper packing.
   •    Junk Removal: Once items are removed from the Client's premises, they cannot be retrieved.
   •    The Company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

7. Prohibited Items
We do not handle or transport the following:
   •    Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, explosives, biohazard waste).
   •    Illegal items or substances.
   •    Live animals.

8. Client Responsibilities
   •    The Client must provide accurate details about the items and the location for service.
   •    The Client is responsible for ensuring clear access to the service site, including pathways, staircases, or elevators.

9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Houston, Texas.
